Home dog boarding offers a more personalised and comfortable environment for dogs, as they are able to stay in a home with a family and receive one-on-one attention.     If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us. To ensure we can provide reliable and quality service to all our clients, we require a notice of 30 days for the cancellation of home boarding services. If the service is cancelled without 30 days notice, the full price will be charged.

    We’re based in Quinton, Birmingham – Opposite Woodgate Valley Country Park is a 450 acre area of countryside. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a Meet & Greet at our home.
  • Our Safety Measures for Dogs Under Our Care?
    To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs under our care, we have implemented strict processes, procedures, and training to maintain a secure environment. Our premises are licensed and regularly inspected by the local authority to ensure compliance with stringent regulations related to animal welfare and safety. Our home has various safety measures, including a securely locked garden with 6ft fencing, a double-latch system on the front door, and a high internal secondary barrier to prevent accidental escapes. We also have smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and an emergency evacuation process in place in case of an emergency. For added convenience and organisation, we have separate storage areas for food, raw feeders, and medications, all of which are kept securely locked. We are also trained in canine first aid to handle any medical emergencies that may arise.
  • What should I bring when I drop my dog off for home dog boarding?
    Medication / supplements (if required) Lead and collar with a tag (required by law when your dog is out in public) Food and a food bowl (we recommend bringing extra just in case) Car harness (in case we take your pup further afield for walks) Coat to keep them dry and clean on walks Old towel Dog bed It is important to ensure that all necessary forms are completed, signed, and accurate before dropping off your dog, and that you provide a copy of their vaccination records. We have some emergency items on hand - but your dog's scent can help them feel more comfortable, so feel free to bring along a favourite toy or blanket from home.

  • Do you accept titre testing?
    Yes, we do. However, please remember that Leptospirosis cannot be titre tested. For this disease, we will require evidence of a current vaccination. Please make sure to bring this documentation with you when you drop off your dog for home dog boarding.

    We provide various creature comforts to ensure that dogs under our care feel comfortable and happy. These include a temperature-controlled home, regularly replenished filtered tap water, scatter rugs, dog beds, and sofas available for use throughout the house. We offer country walks and air conditioning during hot periods to maintain a comfortable temperature. In the summer, we even have a doggy paddling pool for dogs to enjoy. Our medium-sized garden provides ample space for dogs to play, and we are raw-feeding friendly. We also provide toys for all dogs under our care to keep them entertained and engaged.

  • How to Proceed - A Guide for Interested Clients
    To use our service, start by contacting us with your dog's details and the desired stay dates. If we have availability and can accommodate your dog's needs, we'll schedule a Meet & Greet where you can ask questions and determine if we're a good match. If we both agree to proceed, we'll send you a questionnaire form to provide details about your dog's routine, diet, behavior, and medical history, as well as proof of vaccinations and our service agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of our service. Once you've completed the form, we'll send an invoice for a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance to secure your dog's stay. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to your dog's stay. A few days before the visit, we'll send a packing list, and then it's time for all the fun stuff - walks, playtime, lots of fuss, and lots of fun!
  • What Does Your Day Care involve?
    Our daycare provides a safe and supervised environment for your dog during the day while you're at work or otherwise occupied. It's designed to offer companionship, socialisation, and other activities to keep your dog mentally and physically stimulated. Your dog will also have access to the Play Club which offers a spacious and secure open grass area where your dog can freely roam, make friends and play. With a wide range of games, play equipment, obstacle courses, and agility challenges - its a great place for your dog to learn, exercise, play and have fun.
